Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PullPage, including pull.page, accounts.pull.page, app.pull.page, and related APIs ("PullPage", "Service").
PullPage is operated from Switzerland ("we", "us", "our").
Email: contact@pull.page
Support: support@pull.page
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, starting an export, using Git Sync, or otherwise using PullPage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PullPage is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Framer. "Framer", "GitHub", "Stripe", and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Service Description
PullPage lets users scan and export publicly accessible Framer websites into static files. Depending on your plan and selected export mode, exports may include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, CMS/data files, SEO files, and other website assets in ZIP format.
PullPage currently supports publicly reachable Framer-hosted domains only. We do not guarantee that every page, animation, form, integration, third-party script, server-side function, or protected resource can be exported perfectly.
The Service may include:
Lite exports, where some assets may remain hosted remotely.
Full exports, where supported assets are downloaded and rewritten for local use.
SEO options, including sitemap, robots, canonical, and indexability settings.
Git Sync, which can commit exported files to a connected GitHub repository and open, update, or merge pull requests when you request it.
Plans and Limits
Plan names, prices, features, and limits are shown on the pricing page, in the app, or during checkout. The final checkout terms shown before payment apply.
Current app limits include:
Free: 3 lite exports per month, up to 100 pages and 500 MB per export.
Basic / One-Time: 1 full export total, up to 100 pages and 500 MB per export.
Pro: 30 full exports per month, up to 100 pages and 500 MB per export, with Git Sync.
Agency: custom terms agreed separately.
We may update plans, prices, limits, feature names, and availability. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by law. Existing subscriptions continue under the paid billing terms until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use PullPage.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information.
Keeping your login credentials secure.
All activity under your account.
Promptly notifying us about unauthorized account use.
You may not share your account with unauthorized third parties. Team or agency use is allowed only where your plan or written agreement permits it.
Your Responsibility for Exported Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to scan, export, download, store, modify, host, publish, commit, or otherwise use any website or content processed through PullPage.
You must not use PullPage to export or use content unless you own it or have permission from the relevant rights holder. This includes website designs, text, images, video, audio, fonts, code, trademarks, logos, CMS content, and third-party assets.
PullPage is a technical tool. We do not review exported content for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, Framer terms, or other legal compliance.
Git Sync
If you connect GitHub, you authorize PullPage and its GitHub App to access the repositories and permissions selected during installation.
When you use Git Sync, PullPage may:
List selected repositories.
Create or update a branch such as pullpage/sync-[id].
Add, update, or delete files inside the configured managed path.
Add a .pullpage-sync.json manifest.
Create, update, or merge pull requests when you request it.
Store sync configuration such as repository owner/name, branch, managed path, source Framer URL, SEO settings, installation ID, pull request URL, and commit SHA.
You are responsible for reviewing changes before merging, maintaining backups, and ensuring Git Sync does not overwrite files you want to keep.
Acceptable Use
You may use PullPage only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Export websites you do not own or have permission to export.
Use PullPage for scraping, data mining, abusive automation, or bulk extraction.
Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, authentication, security checks, or access controls.
Export private, protected, or non-public content without authorization.
Upload, export, commit, or distribute malware, illegal content, or infringing content.
Interfere with the Service or third-party infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or offer PullPage as a competing service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or harm the Service or other users.
Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card or bank account details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard, where available.
One-time purchases provide the export credit or feature described at checkout.
Prices may be displayed in USD, EUR, or another supported currency depending on checkout configuration. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment provider fees may apply and are shown or handled during checkout where applicable.
Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
If a 14-day money-back guarantee is displayed for a paid plan at checkout or on the pricing page, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase of that plan by contacting contact@pull.page. We may decline refund requests where there is fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, or use that clearly exceeds a reasonable trial of the Service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
After the applicable refund period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or the billing portal states otherwise.
For one-time purchases, refunds are available if the export fails because of a technical error on our side and no successful retry is possible.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with withdrawal rights, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where legally permitted, by starting an export or downloading digital content before the withdrawal period ends, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once the digital content or service has been fully provided.
Export Storage and Expiry
Export ZIP files and related export history are temporary. Current retention is up to 24 hours after export creation. Download links may expire sooner and may need to be regenerated while the export is still available.
After expiry, export files and export history entries may be deleted automatically and cannot be restored. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your exports in time.
Intellectual Property
PullPage, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Exported website content remains owned by its respective owners. Using PullPage does not grant you rights to content you do not already have rights to use.
You grant us a limited permission to fetch, render, process, store temporarily, package, and, where requested, commit exported content solely to provide the Service.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, rate limits, hosting issues, payment provider issues, GitHub issues, Framer changes, or force majeure events may affect availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and export accuracy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or loss of opportunity.
Loss of data or expired export files.
Your use, hosting, publication, or distribution of exported content.
Third-party services, including Clerk, Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare, Crisp, PostHog, Framer, or target website providers.
Inability to export a website completely or accurately.
Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or any liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of PullPage.
Your exported content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of third-party rights or laws.
Your GitHub Sync configuration or repository changes.
Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, access to the Service ends. We will attempt to cancel active Stripe subscriptions associated with your account, but you should also verify cancellation in the Stripe billing portal or contact us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, abuse the Service, create legal risk, or if required for security or legal reasons.
Data deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is available at https://pull.page/terms.
For material changes affecting registered users or paid subscriptions, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The courts at the operator's domicile in Switzerland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide another venue, such as the consumer's place of residence.
Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
